Nordic Wildflowers is the perfect creamy honey for everyday use. It is our special blend honey, made by blending the most delicious harvests of the season into one batch. Each batch takes on a unique character that reflects the specific nectar sources that summer (some years the honey is more yellow and spicy, other years it is lighter and milder!) The creamy consistency gives it a fresh taste that is soft on the palate, with a smooth and velvety texture. Our ideal honey for tea lovers!

The consistency is achieved by filtering and gently mixing the honey, then baking it using traditional Nordic methods. Our main focus is always to preserve the natural approach for both the bees and their honey.
