A fresh and floral honey mocktail with Bloom, our own honey vinegar. Bloom enhances the aroma of the rose and combines the sweetness of the rose and the acidity of the lemon. This gives the drink a rich depth of flavor that makes it round and well-balanced. It is suitable as an elegant aperitif or as a lighter drink for a summer dinner.
Ingredients:

2 cl wild rose honey water (see our recipe - link to previous blog post)

2 cl lemon juice

1-2 tsp Amber Bloom

If you want alcohol: 4 cl Italian gin, which has more citrus notes than British gin
Here's how:

Fill a glass with ice.

Pour in rosehip honey water, lemon juice and Amber Bloom.

Stir gently to blend the flavors.

If you want gin, add it last and stir again.

Garnish with a rose petal or a thin slice of lemon.
