Our honey for the health conscious!
Virgin is neither filtered, stirred nor grafted, giving us our most aromatic honey with maximum pollen content. Thanks to the natural crystallization, it has a smooth but also slightly grainy texture, with a rich and fruity taste. The sweetness is clear but never overwhelming. Enjoy it as is, or in a cup of hot water, tea or tonic. Delicious on toast with a little cinnamon sprinkled on top. Can also be used in skincare as a nourishing face mask or a refreshing body scrub.

Our Virgin honey comes from harvests throughout the season. We are careful to reduce waste as much as possible, and “create” Virgin honey by capturing the honey that flows from the frames when we remove the wax cap.
