Our Pearl honey is made from the first harvest of the year, when the fruit trees are in bloom and the bright yellow rapeseed fields are in full bloom. Take a spoonful and let it melt on your tongue - the silky, creamy texture will remind you of a chocolate truffle. The honey gets its creamy consistency through traditional Nordic methods. By filtering and stirring repeatedly, we avoid the crystallization process that naturally occurs in honey (while keeping most of the honey's health benefits intact!)
